What You’ll Do
Speak with cancer patients and their loved ones by phone.
Build trust quickly through empathy and clinical credibility.
Educate families about available medical and legal resources.
Guide conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Help people overcome uncertainty and move toward informed decisions.
Maintain detailed documentation within our CRM.
Continuously improve through coaching and training.
What We’re Looking For
Active U.S. RN license.
Oncology experience
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to guide conversations with empathy and confidence.
Comfortable discussing emotionally sensitive topics.
Comfortable working remotely with measurable performance expectations.
Compensation
Guaranteed base compensation of $35-$55/hour, based on experience.
Additional uncapped performance incentives tied to successful client outcomes.
Most successful team members significantly increase their earnings through performance incentives.
Target total compensation of $125,000-$150,000+, with exceptional performers earning substantially more.
1099 Independent Contractor.
