Job Description

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and guide customers through an engaging shopping experience.
- Lead the sales floor, motivate the team, and support daily operations including merchandising, training, marketing execution, and inventory tasks.
- Model a customer-first mindset and offer clear, timely coaching to team members.
- Handle customer and staff concerns professionally and make informed decisions following prAna guidelines.
- Complete opening and closing duties, maintain safety and security standards, and help keep the store clean and organized.
- Build strong product knowledge and share it with customers.
- Prior management experience required.
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in specialty or outdoor categories.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and the active California lifestyle.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Flexible availability to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
- Ability to move throughout the store, communicate with customers and coworkers, and occasionally remain stationary.
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs.
