Retail Staff - Marketing & Promotions Support

Are you ambitious, outgoing, and ready to jumpstart a career in marketing and sales? Emergent Executives is looking for a driven Marketing & Promotions Support to join their growing team in our Hodgkins store. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-energy, people-first environment—no prior experience required! However you will need to go to all company meetings 3x per week which take place at our HQ in Oak Brook. All gas / travel is covered in this role. What You'll Do:

• Learn the fundamentals of face-to-face marketing and direct sales
• Represent national clients (like AT&T) inside big-box retail stores
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through service options
• Assist with promotional events, brand awareness campaigns, and lead generation
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to develop leadership skills

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in-person in a high-traffic retail environment
• Motivated to grow into leadership and management roles
• Ability to work 40 - 45 hours per week (5/6 day work week)

Job Details:

• Pay Structure: Weekly guaranteed base pay ($750–$1,100/week) + uncapped commission
• Employment Type: Full-time | W-2 Employee
