  • Own the accuracy and timely upkeep of global retail marketing calendars, campaign trackers, launch schedules, and retailer deliverable lists; flag gaps, risks, and changing priorities early.
  • Develop polished, executive-ready retailer presentations, GTM and seasonal plans, campaign proposals, one-pagers, and recaps that translate marketing priorities and business insights into compelling storytelling.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with retailer marketing partners, including meetings, agendas, retailer-facing materials, recaps, action items, and follow-through; support account-specific priorities for partners such as Ulta Beauty, Sephora, and Target.
  • Brief, route, and track retailer-specific creative assets for digital, paid media, and in-store placements, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with retailer specifications.
  • Support budget tracking and reporting by maintaining accurate spend records, monitoring planned versus actual spend, and proactively flagging any discrepancies or potential risks.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail, trade, or omnichannel marketing within the beauty industry.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting major national beauty and/or mass retail accounts; familiarity with retailers such as Ulta Beauty, Sephora, or Target strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of retailer marketing ecosystems, promotional calendars, retail media opportunities, and in-store and digital activation strategies.
  • Experience executing integrated retailer campaigns across paid media, digital, social, and brick-and-mortar channels (UBM, SMN, Roundel).
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects, cross-functional deliverables, and competing deadlines with accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including comfort working with retail sales metrics, campaign KPIs, budget trackers, and spend reconciliation.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong Excel proficiency; ability to create executive-ready presentations, briefs, and performance recaps. Experience with Asana, Wrike, Basecamp, or similar project management tools preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on, solutions-led approach.
