Job Summary

Own a hands-on retail field role focused on driving leads and growing a local brand presence through live demos, team development, and close collaboration with operations and sales.

Retail Growth: drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate leads for sales follow up and exceed lead quotas
Team Leadership: recruit, hire, train, and manage Retail Marketers with KPI driven accountability
Field Collaboration: partner with local Operations and Installation managers to amplify brand presence and create a steady lead flow

Job Description

Responsibilities

Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
Recruit, hire, train and develop Retail Marketers and create accountability through established Retail Marketer goals and KPIs
Collaborate with the local Operation and Installation Mangers to grow brand presence within the local market
Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up
Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs
Attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers

Requirements

Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Must have a valid drivers license
Willingness to travel to other local locations
Willingness to relocate when promoted
Results driven leader
Attention to detail and punctual
Smartphone required
Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product
High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product
