Own the in-store customer engagement program and lead a team delivering in-home presentations for windows, doors, and roofing.

Responsibilities
- Approach customers who are shopping in the store as they pass by the Kiosk
- Discuss Windows, Doors, Roofing generate interest and schedule appointments
- Hire Train and manage reps to engage customers and offer free in home presentations
Requirements
- Retail Marketing Show/Event Management Experience
- You must be comfortable walking up to customers and engaging them in conversation
- 5 + years of Retail Marketing (Brand Ambassador) Management experience.
