Job Summary

Own in-person demand generation at events and retail to generate qualified leads, educate homeowners on windows and remodeling, and schedule in-home consultations while keeping the booth compelling and aligned with team goals.

Represent the brand at stores, shows, and community events with end-to-end ownership of on-site presence and attendee experience.
Drive lead generation and appointment setting through engaging conversations and quick qualification.
Coordinate with team training and coaching to hit individual and group targets while maintaining data quality in systems.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events
Greeting and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
Educating customers about our windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services
Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
Collect and accurately enter customer information into company systems
Maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting booth or display area
Achieve individual and team lead generation goals
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

Reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Comfortable standing and interacting with customers throughout your shift
