Responsibilities

• You'll be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours, talking with members who pass by.
• You say hi, you strike up a conversation, you ask if they've ever looked at what solar could do for their electric bill.
• When someone's interested, you book them a free consultation with our design team — and that's where your part ends.

Requirements

• 18+ and can work a retail schedule, including weekends
• No experience required
• You work one location, inside, talking to shoppers as they come through. You'll be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours, talking with members who pass by.
• Genuinely like people and can start a conversation with anyone
• Stay upbeat through a slow hour
• Show up on time, every time
• Present yourself professionally and follow BJ's in-club standards
