Job Description
Responsibilities
- No solar experience required. You work one location, inside, talking to shoppers as they come through. You'll be stationed at a table inside BJ's during club hours, talking with members who pass by. Training covers everything you need to know about solar.
- What the day actually looks like: Members walk by. You say hi, you strike up a conversation in English or Mandarin, and you ask if they've ever looked at what solar could do for their electric bill. When someone's interested, you book them a free consultation with our design team — and that's where your part ends.
Requirements
- Are conversationally fluent in both Mandarin and English (required)
- Genuinely like people and can start a conversation with anyone
- Stay upbeat through a slow hour
- Show up on time, every time
- Present yourself professionally and follow BJ's in-club standards
- Are 18+ and can work a retail schedule, including weekends
