Job Summary

Own the in-person customer touchpoints at events, driving interest and booking in-home consultations while maintaining records and delivering a professional experience.

  • Represent the brand at kiosks, home shows, and local events to generate qualified leads.
  • Own quick customer education and lead capture to schedule free consultations.
  • Manage displays, capture data, and meet daily lead targets across weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at retail kiosks, home shows, trade shows, and local events
  • Engage with customers and educate them about our products and services
  • Generate interest and schedule FREE in-home consultations
  • Collect customer information and maintain accurate records
  • Help set up and maintain event displays and kiosks
  • Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals
  • Provide a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Retail marketing, event marketing, kiosk marketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
