Job DetailsJob Location: Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona Corporate Office - Phoenix, AZ 85051Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: DayJob Category: RetailJOB SUMMARY: The ReStore Assistant Manager – E-commerce & Marketing oversees the ReStore’s online sales presence while leading marketing initiatives that drive donations, sales, volunteer recruitment, and brand awareness. Approximately three days each week are dedicated to e-commerce operations and two days to marketing responsibilities. The position works closely with ReStore leadership, store managers, volunteers, the Marketing team, and third-party partners to grow revenue and strengthen the ReStore brand. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Execute online item setup including categorization, imagery, pricing, collections, and inventory availability. Identify, research, clean, test, photograph, and list an average of 25-30 items daily. Maintain accurate online product information and marketplace compliance. Pack and ship orders, process refunds, markdowns, and customer inquiries. Source merchandise from ReStore locations, corporate donations, and other approved channels. Recruit, schedule, coordinate, recognize, and supervise volunteers. Develop strategies and utilize analytics to increase online sales and customer experience. Coordinate ReStore advertising across print, digital, social media, email, and broadcast channels. Manage ReStore social media content, engagement, and advertising. Create and distribute weekly ReStore E-newsletters. Plan and coordinate promotions, trade shows, community presentations, and in-store events. Serve as liaison between ReStore leadership and Marketing to implement campaigns. Maintain in-store branding, signage, and messaging. Support operational and special projects assigned by ReStore leadership. Maintain compliance with all required Habitat training. Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Ability to supervise volunteers and work independently. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and pricing research. Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva proficiency. WordPress or similar CMS preferred. Constant Contact or similar email marketing platform. Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, customer service, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work with limited resources and manage multiple priorities. Ability to serve as a Brand Ambassador for Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum three years of retail, e-commerce, marketing, branding, communications, or related experience. Product photography experience preferred. High School diploma or GED required.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THIS JOB: Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently. The ability to hear and speak in order to use telephone and communicate with people both in and out of the store. Sit, stand, walk, navigate stairs, and use computers, cameras and cellphones throughout the day. The ability to sit at desk for extended periods, as well as stand a processing area and move around store area frequently throughout the day. The ability to travel, including some overnight travel.   WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS: Most duties are performed in the ReStore setting. Warehouse areas may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED: Employee must be proficient in or able to use or learn to use office equipment such as computer, printer, phone, copiers, calculator, camera, scale. ReStore Assistant Manager is required to have reliable personal transportation, insurance, and valid Arizona driver’s license for offsite meetings, events, and responsibilities. Must be able to learn and utilize social media platforms for volunteer, donor, customer, and store advocacy.
