Responsibilities

• Drive significant growth in catering sales across all restaurant locations through strategic outreach, relationship building, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage community events, sponsorships, partnerships, and local marketing opportunities for each restaurant location.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content, promoting events, and highlighting the brand’s culture and offerings.
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and community leaders to create new opportunities for growth and visibility.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and restaurant leadership teams to identify and execute new revenue-generating opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
