Own and manage resident social content from concept to publish, producing weekly on-site shorts, self-editing, and on-camera presence while owning a dynamic content calendar and collaborating with founders to drive engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shoot original short-form on site, every week
Cut your own footage — you own the edit, it isn't a handoff
Show up on camera as a recurring face of the house
Interact with founders for original content
Write captions and hooks, publish to our channels, and stay active in the comments
Own the content calendar: what gets made, when it ships, and what's working

Requirements

You are aware of current trends and know how to discover new ones as they surface.
You work quickly. We want to post 3-5 times daily.
You're comfortable on camera, and comfortable putting a camera in someone else's face.
You can work without a brief. Nobody is handing you a shot list.
You thrive in a fluid environment, typical of the startup world.
