Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for augmenting the SDR team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Partner with internal teams and external agencies to refine processes, enhance workflows, and implement best practices for SDR and marketing operations. - Align SDR and marketing strategies with broader revenue goals, optimizing lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to improve SDR team efficiency and effectiveness. - Establish standardized processes for tracking and measuring SDR and marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making. - Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive cohesive and integrated growth strategies.
  • Insights, Analytics & Performance Measurement - Analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and business insights to refine SDR and marketing strategies. - Monitor and report on SDR team performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. - Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and overall revenue impact.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Identify opportunities to leverage new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance SDR and marketing operations. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging best practices to drive innovation. - Continuously test, learn, and iterate on strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. - MBA or advanced degree (preferred but not required).
  • Experience & Expertise: - 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, or a related role, preferably within sales development, marketing, or go-to-market functions. - Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies to optimize sales and marketing operations.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. - Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: - Ability to influence and work with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership. - Strong project management skills, with experience leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Execution & Operational Efficiency: - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Strong ability to drive efficiency, process improvements, and scalable solutions.
  • Communication & Leadership: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment on key initiatives.
  • Must-Have Technical & Business Skills: - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics platforms. - Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is a plus. - Familiarity with sales development tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
