Responsibilities

• Coordinate remote marketing, communications, content, campaign, or promotional work connected to business communication, customer engagement, marketing support, reporting, client coordination, and administrative workflows.
• Maintain accurate records, status updates, schedules, requests, and follow-up items relevant to assigned work.
• Communicate clearly with customers, clients, vendors, partners, or internal team members by email, phone, chat, and shared tools as appropriate.
• Track deadlines, identify missing information or routine exceptions, and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
• Prepare concise updates or reports so work can be reviewed, handed off, and completed on time.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or other web-based business systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific tools and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

• Strong candidates for the Junior Marketing Coordinator position will be comfortable using skills such as Public Relations, Media Relations, Brand Communication, Content Coordination, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Content Management.
