Remote Marketing Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish approved content on company social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Develop professional graphics, service announcements, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Keep company profiles current and maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Research potential clients, contractors, organizations, and teaming partners.
• Support professional outreach by drafting introductory messages and identifying opportunities to connect.
• Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries, responding within approved guidelines and forwarding business opportunities to the President.
• Maintain a simple contact and outreach tracker.
• Track basic results, including engagement, audience growth, inquiries, and leads.
• Provide a brief weekly update outlining completed work, results, and next steps.
• Protect company information and use company accounts responsibly.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Ability to create polished materials using Canva or comparable tools.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, email, and shared documents.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable remote workspace.
• Ability to meet deadlines, follow direction, and work independently.
• Experience with small-business marketing, business-to-business outreach, recruiting, consulting, or government contracting is preferred.
• A college degree is not required; relevant skills, experience, and work samples will be considered.
