Own the local presence and lead-care workflow by coordinating listings, social content, review program, CRM tracking, and campaign support to turn inquiries into customers.

Local presence & listings: Manage Google Business Profile, local citations, and project content updates.
Lead capture & follow-through: Track inquiries, manage CRM, follow up on estimates, and report results.
Content & campaigns support: Post to social platforms, organize media assets, assist campaigns and admin tasks to enable marketing growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and update Google Business Profiles
Post regularly to Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
Upload project photos and before/after content
Help generate and manage Google reviews and customer feedback
Maintain local business listings and citations
Track incoming leads and update CRM systems
Follow up with unsold estimates and past customers
Respond to Facebook and online inquiries
Assist with lead tracking and reporting
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional efforts
