Job Summary

Owns community safety and on-brand engagement by moderating conversations and delivering friendly responses across social touchpoints.

  • Audience: online communities and customers requiring quick, warm moderation that preserves brand voice.
  • Tooling and tone: coordinate responses via Sprout Social to keep conversations civil and engaging, with playful on-brand messaging.
  • Scope: manage day-to-day moderation and engagement within weekends and 10-15 hour weekly blocks.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with and manage online conversations and content moderation to maintain brand voice and ensure community safety.
  • Use Sprout Social to engage with client communities and ensure communities stay safe and happy.
  • Provide warm, playful, on-brand responses across social media and digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Engagement Moderation Experience
  • Available weekends
  • 10-15 hours weekly
  • Mon-Sun: 8am-6pm PST
  • Windows 11 or later
  • 8GB RAM (16 GB preferred)
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for handling calls
  • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on both your computer and mobile device
