Job Description
Role: Seeking a Digital/UI Designer with at least six years of experience to develop web designs for a nonprofit client.
Responsibilities: Translate strategic concepts into polished, responsive, and accessible UI designs using Figma, collaborating with creative leadership and developers, and preparing files for production. Future projects may include branding and campaign design.
Qualifications & Skills: Expert-level Figma proficiency, strong understanding of design systems, experience with responsive design, and ability to collaborate and incorporate feedback. Must be within 3 hours of EST timezone.
Additional info: Remote position, with a flat-fee scope benchmarked at $70–90/hour. Emphasizes values of empathy, curiosity, kindness, diversity, and camaraderie. Prior experience with nonprofits or agency work and stakeholder presentation skills are a plus.
