Growth Infrastructure: Establish and guide the regional communications rhythm across internal/external channels, crisis response, and stakeholder engagement.
Executive Messaging: Craft leadership communications and frontline executive visibility with elected officials and senior stakeholders.
Spokesperson Ownership: Be the region’s primary voice to shape public narrative and protect the organization’s strategic priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, develop and execute the organization's strategic communications and public relations to advance the mission and organizational goals through effective messaging, media relations, crisis communication, employee engagement, advocacy, and stakeholder outreach.
Develop and deployment of all corporate communications, including investor related communications and presentations, media relations and PR/ community engagement activities for Prime Healthcare including internal and external communications, executive communications, PR and media relations, crisis communications, corporate advocacy, Prime Healthcare Foundation activities, online and social media strategy.
Work with Corporate and Regional leadership and hospital leadership to advance the company’s mission and strategic goals.
Serve as the primary spokesperson for Prime Healthcare in the Region.
