Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responding quickly to new leads from all lead sources
  • Calling, texting, and emailing prospective patients
  • Following up consistently with leads until they book or are no longer active
  • Booking consultations and treatment appointments
  • Following up with unconverted consultations
  • Reactivating previous patients and older leads
  • Helping fill gaps in provider schedules
  • Promoting relevant services, packages, memberships, and promotions
  • Tracking lead activity and conversion
  • Maintaining accurate follow-up notes and lead status

Requirements

  • Experience in Social media strategy: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required)
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Ability to Commute: Buford, GA 30518 (Required)
