Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with Regional and Divisional Managers, market leads, corporate resources, and the Knowledge Management and Corporate Communications and Branding Teams.
  • Provide management and support of external (client-facing) and internal (employee-facing) regional events.
  • Provide support at regional industry events (i.e., trade shows, ground breakings, career fairs, charitable functions, etc.).
  • Coordinate regional photo/video shoots and other events for a variety of communications needs.
  • Generate and design compelling content highlighting company and project activities, events, staff, achievements, initiatives, and culture (i.e., newsletter, website, blog posts, SwinNet, Good News Memos, new hire and employee promotion announcements, Topics of Swinterest, etc.).
  • Develop communications content that build brand awareness in support of regional and divisional business plans; create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, advertisements, and related materials.
  • Develop content for all regional social media channels in support of local business plans, goals, and initiatives.
  • Maintain regional information for the corporate website and all business unit websites.

Requirements

  • Four-year undergraduate degree
  • Minimum five years marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Experience with email marketing automation platforms (examples include Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Proficiency in the use of various Microsoft and Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop)
  • Proficient graphic design skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Reliability, dependability, and flexibility
  • Excellent written English language skills
