Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or another related discipline with 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree in a related field.
Strong interest in life sciences, customer engagement, and B2B marketing.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30–40%.
Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken).

Preferred

Degree or research experience in Biology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or another Life Science discipline.
Exposure to or interest in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), customer engagement, or regional marketing initiatives.
Experience planning and executing scientific conferences, workshops, Lunch & Learns, vendor shows, or other customer-facing events.
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional organization.
