Lead performance measurement, budgeting, and optimization
Build and develop regional marketing teams and cross-functional partnerships

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop Regional Marketing Strategy
Build annual, quarterly, and monthly regional marketing plans
Partner with dealership leadership to identify growth opportunities
Align marketing initiatives with inventory, sales, and operational priorities
Translate company initiatives into localized marketing strategies
Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and customer insights
Drive Business Performance
Analyze marketing performance, sales trends, lead generation, and ROI
Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing investments
Develop regional scorecards and executive performance reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
Experience supporting multi-location, retail, franchise, or dealership operations
Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills
Experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region

Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following industries: Automotive; Powersports; RV; Retail; Franchise Operations
Additional experience with: Regional or Field Marketing; Multi-Location Marketing; CRM Platforms; Digital Marketing; Marketing Analytics; Business Intelligence Tools; Customer Acquisition; Team Leadership
