Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage live promotional events and consumer engagement campaigns throughout the Indianapolis region on behalf of our clients
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Marketing Communications Assistants and Promotional Representatives on-site at every event
• Develop and execute regional event communication strategies that deliver consistent on-brand messaging across every consumer touchpoint
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and event venues throughout the region
• Oversee all event logistics including venue setup, team scheduling, breakdown, and post-event reporting
• Track team performance, campaign results, and consumer engagement metrics — reporting insights to senior leadership
• Identify performance gaps within your team and develop action plans to close them fast
• Drive a high-performance results-driven team culture at every single event

Requirements

• A natural leader with proven ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communication and organisational skills — equally sharp one-on-one and in front of a group
• Degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field — preferred, not required
• Prior experience in event management, marketing, or team leadership — preferred not required
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and making decisions under pressure at live events
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations throughout the Indianapolis region
• Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends as events require
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must live in Indianapolis, IN
