We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and dual-talented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our premier healthcare team and vitality center in Falls Church, VA.

Position Highlights

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 32 hours per week)
• Compensation: From $65.00 per hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses
• Location: In-person (Falls Church, VA 22046)
• Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week
• Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Regenerative Aesthetics & Injections

• Customized Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough, comprehensive facial and skin assessments to design natural-looking, regenerative treatment plans.
• Advanced Injectables: Perform precise placement of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced biostimulators (Radiesse & Sculptra).
• Collagen Induction & Tissue Regeneration: Provide high-level energy and autologous therapies, including Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, SkinPen microneedling, PRP/PRF treatments.
• Clinical Safety: Demonstrate complete mastery of facial anatomy, complications management, and strict safety protocols.

2. Longevity, Wellness & Hormone Therapy

• End-to-End Journey Ownership: Own the entire patient lifecycle for wellness programs, managing everything from initial consultations and diagnostic blood draws to physicals and long-term follow-ups.
• Hormone Optimization & Peptides: Lead concierge-level consultations and management for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and advanced peptide therapies.
• Metabolic Health: Oversee medical weight loss programs, ensuring consistent patient check-ins, tracking progress, and providing proactive clinical guidance.
• Clinical Operations & RX Management: Review laboratory results, establish treatment protocols, fulfill prescription refills, and manage ongoing medication adjustments.
• Nutrient Therapy: Compounding and administering customized vitamin IV drips and injections.

3. Patient Experience & Clinic Growth

• Concierge Service: Provide hyper-responsive, high-touch communication to patient inquiries, ensuring an elite, premium clinic experience.
• Retention & Education: Educate patients on post-treatment care, tailored medical-grade skincare regimens, and long-term wellness plans to drive clinical sales and patient loyalty.
• Compliance: Maintain meticulous, timely electronic health records (EHR) adhering to all state and federal regulations.
• Community Engagement: Participate in local marketing efforts and community activation events to represent the brand.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Virginia (Required).
• Certification: Current BLS Certification (Required).
• Aesthetics Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with injectables, including neuromodulators, fillers, and biostimulators (Required).
• Wellness Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HRT, peptide therapy, or medical weight loss (Preferred).
• Core Technical Skills: Confident autonomy in phlebotomy/blood draws, IV placement, and prescription management.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, an elevated approach to customer service, impeccable organization, and the ability to thrive in a boutique, fast-paced medical spa & wellness center environment.
