Make a Difference

The Referral Relations Coordinator at Lutherwood Residential facilitates Lutherwood's relationship with current and potential referral sources. This individual works hand-in-hand with leadership to achieve quality outcomes for our patients. The Referral Relations Coordinator will facilitate a positive admission experience for all new residents that including both Trinity House and Secure Residential.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years: Knowledgeable about major systems that serve youth and families, including child welfare, juvenile justice and education (Required).
  • 2+ years: Two years experience in marketing, public relations, assessments, interviewing and/or counseling people, preferably in a residential treatment facility (Required).
  • 4 year / Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field (Preferred). High School Diploma (Required)


  • Current Indiana driver's license
