Job Summary

Own end‑to‑end social media content and recruitment marketing efforts across multiple channels, from strategy and production to analytics and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Manage design, production, posting, and optimization of organic and paid social content across platforms.
  • Lead campaign development, analytics reporting, and content library maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to expand remarketing and update career-site materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, produce, post, and manage unique organic and paid content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and any other emerging channels the team may handle.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages to ensure a high level of user engagement.
  • Report on social media organic and paid analytics through multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors on social media content strategies and campaign development.
  • Support content creation with the team through storyboarding, producing, and editing content where needed.
  • Manage the content library and ensure we have an up-to-date library for future projects.
  • Collaborate with the team while traveling to field locations for events and content creation.
  • Expand the remarketing tactics with existing leads to reengage candidates with the NFI brand and career opportunities.
  • Support maintaining the NFI career website by creating and placing the updated materials and content.
  • Create recruitment marketing collateral when requested for hiring events, flyers, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, internships included.
  • Demonstrate a portfolio of previous work on video or other content creation and editing.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and vision in marketing campaigns or initiatives.
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva, and social media channels.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to effectively organize multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to establish a strong rapport with others.
  • Ability and availability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as required.
  • Travel required – up to 60% depending on campaign and project work.
