Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliv er enthusiastic Park University presentations and Gilbert Campus tours . This position will have goals in relation to the number of external connections and campus tours for the recruitment period.
  • Collect inquiries from all outreach efforts and input on a daily basis. This position will work with supervisor to solidify goals in relation to the number of appointments, i nquiries, admits and student starts for each recruitment period .
  • Provide direction and support necessary to increase likelihood of student attendance and enable students to prepare for their first semester of class. This includes coordinating with multiple office s effectively to support the students’ progress, questions, and paperwork.
  • Build and implement a strategy and schedule that will create and foster relationships to grow brand awareness and generate stude nt interest in Park University. This requires research and initiative .
  • Provide on-campus ( including partner-campus or multi-campus ) communication with prospective students through phone calls, school visits, appointments, emails , text messages and other methods to build relationships and assist th em with the application and enrollment process on a daily basis . There will be specific seasonal commitments for outbound contact work and events which includes evenings and weekends .
  • Promotes and represent s the university at fairs and recruiting events as approved by the supervisor. Responsible for inquiry generation and expected to provide student support throughout the enrollment process from inquiry to day ten of the student’s start term. Communication and student engagement will be extremely important w hen transitioning students from non-matriculated to a matriculated status . This includes attending, hosting, and executing open house and orientation events, data entry using the University CRM to assure students are a dmitted and attend Park.
  • This position will cross collaborate with athletic coaches support necessary to increase likelihood of student athlete attendance and enable students to prepare for their first semester of class.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s d egree required
  • The ability to be self-motivated while performing a number of different tasks .
  • Must be able t o do research and detailed work .
  • Preference given to candidates with advising, marketing, or sales experience.
  • Highly flexible, creative, and able to adapt to new project demands.
  • Strong problem - solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Preference given to candidates with working knowledge and experience with a wide range of computer technology such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), databases, telephony and constituent relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Must be able to use specialized software , such as Sale s f orce.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills .
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills .
