About the Role
We're hiring our first Recruiting Operations Lead to own and scale the infrastructure supporting Poetic’s high-volume recruiting operation alongside the founding talent team. Together, you will build out Poetic's hiring process in a rapid-growth environment.
You’ll be responsible for building reliable systems, analytics, and processes that enable us to hire efficiently as we grow. You’ll own our recruiting technology stack, establish strong data foundations, and leverage AI and automation to improve how our team operates.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in Recruiting Operations at a high growth startup
Strong hands-on experience configuring and improving a modern ATS; direct Ashby experience is required
Deep experience with talent tools and reporting, building strategy out of ambiguity
Demonstrated experience independently building AI-powered tools, automations, or internal applications to solve operational problems. Comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy practical solutions.
Strong analytical judgment, with experience diagnosing operational inefficiencies, prioritizing improvements, and translating recruiting data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with data analytics.

Experience organizing and coordinating events and complex logistics
