Summary
Advance your real estate career as a Real Estate Agent on our expert team. Use innovative technology to guide clients with confidence while strengthening your marketing and operational expertise. You’ll help maintain outstanding standards across property listings, promotional efforts, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead generate for 15 hours a week
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
