Responsibilities

• The intern will support various marketing initiatives, including engaging with clients, assisting in real estate development projects, contributing to sales strategies, and gathering and analyzing market data.
• The role will involve working closely with multiple teams to enhance Requity's brand presence and marketing efforts in the real estate sector.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and return metrics
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Understanding of Real Property and its associated concepts
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales in a professional setting
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Have

• Prior involvement in investment, finance, or real estate student organizations preferred
