About Crossroads
Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who arenāt located near one of our physical sites.

Job Summary
The Reach Marketing Producer plays a critical role in executing and optimizing social media and advertising efforts. This role blends data analysis, project management, and team coordination to ensure campaigns are effective, organized, and aligned with broader marketing goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable next steps.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Social Media Production & Workflow Management
Produce for the social media team by developing clear social recommendations based on campaign goals and performance insights
Create and manage tasks within Asana to support content creation, publishing, and campaign execution
Ensure all inbound work requests are captured, organized, and prioritized within the Social Media Asana board
Assign tasks to team members on a weekly basis, ensuring clarity of deadlines and deliverables
Maintain visibility across projects and proactively identify potential bottlenecks
Social Media & Advertising Metrics, Reporting, and Insights
Track, analyze, and report on performance across social media and paid advertising channels
Evaluate campaign effectiveness, creative performance, and audience engagement
Identify trends and patterns to inform future strategies
Lead regular retrospectives on campaigns, providing clear recommendations for optimization
Translate data into actionable insights for the marketing and creative teams
Budget Oversight & Invoicing
Manage and track advertising budgets across platforms and campaigns
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all paid media efforts
Monitor spend pacing and flag discrepancies or risks
Partner with finance and marketing leadership to maintain budget alignment and accountability
Team Communication & Coordination
Keep the reach team informed of key updates, priorities, and upcoming events
Communicate āneed-to-knowā information to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives
Serve as a central point of coordination between marketing, creative, and external partners
Education Requirements
Bachelor-level degree or equivalent college experience preferred
Experience/Skills Requirements
2ā5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital advertising
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance metrics
Experience managing budgets and/or invoicing processes
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Experience with paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok)
Knowledge of social media content strategy and creative best practices
Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment
Physical Requirements
Able to lift 25 lbs.
Scheduling/Travel Requirements
Potential travel to Crossroads sites on occasion.
Expected to work outside of ānormalā schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, Day of Solitude, offsites, etc.
