Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Protection: Safeguard homes by quoting and promoting radon mitigation systems that meet the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll play a key role in saving lives.
  • Education: Aggressively spread awareness about radon risks and mitigation benefits. Engage with homeowners, real estate professionals, and community members to ensure they’re empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of your work, from delivering effective solutions to ensuring clear communication with customers.
  • Community: Build trust with families and neighborhoods by showing genuine care for their health and safety. Represent Radon Eraser as a committed and knowledgeable advocate.
  • Ethics: Approach every project with integrity, ensuring every customer interaction is transparent, honest, and respectful.
  • Marketing & Engagement: Be prepared to actively spread the word. Our mission depends on getting in front of as many people as possible to educate and inspire action. This may include marketing events, neighborhood working, office visits, and any other opportunities we can drum up together!
  • Dynamic Work Environment: From using tools and handling minor electrical work to interacting with customers, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in the field and connect with homeowners and communities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to consistently learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Technically Skilled: Proficient with tools and basic electrical work.

Preferred

  • Background in sales and marketing.
  • Experience working with homeowners or in customer service roles.
