Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, and provider open houses.
  • Maintain and update provider profiles on websites, directories, and marketing materials.
  • Support branding and reputation management initiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate provider meetings, interviews, and onboarding activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between providers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist with provider satisfaction initiatives and feedback collection.
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and billing documentation related to PR and provider activities.
  • Maintain organized records, calendars, and documentation for compliance and reporting.
  • Support coordination of travel, lodging, and logistics for provider recruitment and events.

Requirements

  • Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree in a communications, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 2–4 years of experience in public relations, provider relations, or healthcare administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with EHR or CRM systems.
