Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or reputation management
Strong experience supporting reactive media relations and online reputation management initiatives.
Familiarity with reputation monitoring and media intelligence tools such as Meltwater, SEMrush, Cision, Muck Rack, Brandwatch or similar platforms
Excellent writing, editing and research skills with strong attention to detail
Experience coordinating agency partners and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to analyze data and trends to develop actionable recommendations
Strong judgment and ability to manage sensitive or high-visibility issues professionally
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving corporate environment
