Responsibilities

• Track outreach, responses, requests, deadlines, and follow-up while keeping sensitive information appropriately limited.
• Coordinate reviews with subject owners so unsupported claims, outdated facts, and inconsistent messages are corrected.
• Maintain final communication records and summarize outcomes or open items for the relevant team.
• Gather the facts, audience, objective, approval path, and delivery timing before drafting a communication.
• Prepare or edit messages, briefs, talking points, outreach lists, and supporting materials in the approved voice.
