Coordinate regional trainings and media campaigns to promote education prevention messages in Region 11.

Own regional trainings and technical assistance in hosting sessions
Must-have: bilingual English/Spanish communication and a TX driver’s license
Standout: establish Community Agreements with media outlets and stakeholders

Promote and coordinate regional trainings and provide technical assistance in hosting trainings.
Create media campaigns and promote education prevention messages through media outlets and/or social media.
Establish and maintain Community Agreements with media outlets and community stakeholders that facilitate the implementation of Media Awareness Activities.
Conduct educational presentations relevant to data products and prevention messages to stakeholders throughout Region 11.
Network utilizing diverse communication formats (in-person, email, mail, social networks).
Extend invitations on a monthly basis to community organizations to participate in data driven efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations or equivalent experience.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of participants/professionals in English and Spanish.
Current TX driver’s license with current liability insurance
