Job Summary

Lead the City’s cultural affairs social media program to raise visibility, engagement, and impact for arts events and initiatives through strategic planning, multimedia content, community management, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Content & Channel Leadership: Develop strategic social media plans, lead event/campaign social execution, and manage daily ops across platforms with platform-tailored content.
  • Engagement & Analytics: Monitor channels, respond to inquiries, foster community, and translate analytics into actionable improvements.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Align social campaigns with marketing/communications, grow influencer and partner relationships, and support broader digital needs and FOIA responses.
