Job Description

Responsibilities

Support public relations, communications, marketing, and promotional campaigns
Assist with organizing and executing promotional and PR events
Communicate with customers, clients, community groups, and the public
Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
Support brand awareness and promotional initiatives
Assist with developing and implementing PR and marketing strategies
Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
Collaborate with management and internal teams
Help maintain a positive public image for client organizations
Monitor campaign results, trends, and customer feedback

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, professional, and positive personality
Comfortable speaking with customers and the public
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Previous PR, sales, marketing, customer service, or communications experience is a plus, but not required
