Responsibilities

• This is a full-time role based in Miami, FL. You will secure high-quality press wins (interviews, features, and event opportunities) for an assigned roster of clients.
• We close deals fast: one call, one email, done.
• You will pitch media, build and use relationships to open doors for artists who are just starting out, and deliver strategic results that matter in the U.S. market.
• You'll join the team quickly and keep pace with a high volume of monthly client goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in PR or media relations, with real, active relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets
• Ability to close press opportunities quickly, without long approval cycles
• Strong judgment on what is culturally relevant and strategic for the U.S. market, prioritizing quality over quantity
• Comfortable pitching and opening doors for emerging talent, not only big names
• Clear ownership of past results: we care about what you personally achieved, not only who you worked with
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Self-managed, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile during peak events
