Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Update content on the OPWDD website.
  • Update content on the OPWDD Intranet.
  • Create content for OPWDD social media platforms, helping bring awareness to OPWDD services, initiatives, programs, jobs and more.
  • Create video and graphic content for social media and the OPWDD website.
  • Ensure content on the website is accessible.
  • Work with the Digital Information Team and other colleagues on identifying, planning, and executing effective content and strategies that accomplish overall communication goals.
  • Track the performance of digital content including social media, email, and website.
  • Manage comments and messages received on social media platforms.
  • Assist in developing OPWDD messages on GovDelivery.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.
