Job Summary

Lead and coordinate pursuits and data management as a Pursuits Manager on the Marketing & Communications team, aligning teams, AI-enabled workflows, and pipeline reporting to win more proposals.

  • Primary ownership: overseeing pursuit coordination, RFQ/RFP responses, and presentation coordination.
  • Must-have: experience with CRM systems (Vantagepoint preferred) and asset management tools.
  • Standout: AI tool integration to improve efficiency and visibility into pipeline and win rates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leads pursuit team and manages day-to-day operations of pursuit coordination, including responding to requests for qualifications and proposals, developing presentation/interview coordination.
  • Oversees Vantagepoint CRM data hygiene and accuracy.
  • Manages Templates and Vendor Registrations, used to produce marketing content and submit pursuits, including but not limited to: Project Descriptions, Picture Catalogs, InDesign Templates, FDOT Prequalification, Avetta, Miami-Dade Technical and Pre-qualification, etc.
  • Develops and executes SOPs for pursuit coordination and data management.
  • Leads go/no-go discussions and manages pursuit workload across the team.
  • Integrates AI tools to improve pursuit efficiency and output.
  • Shares business development reports (pipeline, hit rate, capture rate, proposal tracking audits etc.) to inform strategy.
  • Attends monthly managers' meetings, representing the pursuit team, and contributes to departmental planning.
  • Supports or trains others to support marketing initiatives like webinars, awards submissions and professional photo management.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Vantagepoint preferred) and asset management tools.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with architecture, engineering and construction industry pursuits and terminology.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
