Responsibilities

• Connect with current property, portfolio, asset, operations, facilities, and asset managers at retail real estate companies across the United States.
• Identify and engage with Portfolio Managers, Real Estate Operations Managers, Facilities Managers, and anyone in a systems or technology role managing retail portfolios.
• Research how retail CRE teams use software to manage property data, floor plans, and lease administration.
• Understand how these tools are used day-to-day and how buying decisions get made.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with property data management or site visualization software at a retail REIT, large brokerage, or multi-unit owner-operator.

Preferred

• Experience evaluating or selecting a platform.
