Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Property Manager located in New York, NY, with opportunities for some remote work. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties, including tenant communication, lease management, and ensuring spaces are qualified.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed, maintaining accurate property records. The role demands proactive problem solving and exceptional organizational skills to keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Property Management and Lease Oversight skills with a strong understanding of property management processes

• Vendor and Contractor Coordination experience to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively manage tenant relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills for addressing operational challenges and maintaining accurate records

• Tech-Savviness with familiarity in digital tools and software for property management

• Knowledge of local property regulations and best practices in facility management

• Prior experience in property management or a similar role is a strong advantage
