Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic manager to oversee two properties near Multnomah Village.
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Compensation depends on experience and includes a full rent credit of $1,416.00 for a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment as well as a salary of $2,918.00. Eligible for reimbursements of gas, utilities, and cell phone depending on use. Bonuses available for re-renting units!
Schedule is flexible, but does require availability on the weekends.
Duties will include:
- Rent collection
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Marketing vacancies
- Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
- Maintaining the property appearance
- Issuing notices
- Maintaining communication with residents

We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
