Responsibilities

• Utilize social media platforms to promote events, share updates, and engage with followers actively.
• Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face communication, ensuring positive experiences that encourage brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members on marketing project management tasks to ensure seamless event execution and campaign success.
• Optimize product pages online by creating engaging content that attracts and retains customer interest.
• Conduct public speaking engagements for community outreach initiatives to educate audiences about our products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event marketing, sales or related promotional roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging public presentations and public speaking engagements.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and productivity software such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service and relationship building, both face-to-face and via digital channels.
• Experience managing marketing projects or events from planning through execution is highly desirable.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple promotional activities simultaneously.
