Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activations
- Assist with planning promotional strategies to support client and company objectives
- Manage promotional schedules, campaign timelines, and event logistics
- Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and help track results and reporting
- Support the training and coordination of promotional staff at events and campaigns
- Maintain promotional materials, displays, and marketing assets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, event coordination, or related roles
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, or campaign tracking is a plus
