Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit and brand clients at local community events
- Engage directly with customers, explain initiatives, and encourage participation
- Promote brand awareness by sparking conversations and inspiring action at events
- Drive customer acquisition and donor support through face-to-face sales
- Track results and provide feedback to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with a team to meet individual and collective goals
Requirements
- Early-career professionals or recent graduates ready for a full-time opportunity
- Clear communicators who are confident speaking with customers face-to-face
- Individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and hands-on work
- Team players who are reliable, adaptable, and goal-driven
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
- This is a customer-facing, event-based role that requires in-person interaction across the Houston area. All training is provided, and no previous sales experience is required — just a willingness to learn and engage with people.
