Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent Elite Exposure charity partners at live pop-up fundraising events and community activations throughout Indianapolis
- Engage members of the public face-to-face — starting genuine conversations, sharing the mission of the causes we support, and inspiring donations and recurring giving
- Deliver consistent, on-brand messaging at every event with confidence and professionalism
- Set up, manage, and break down event displays and fundraising stations every shift
- Track donor sign-ups, participation data, and event feedback accurately every day
- Work with your team to crush daily and weekly fundraising targets
- Grow into leadership based on your performance — we promote from within fast
Requirements
- 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Available full-time including some weekends as events require
- Zero experience needed — if you have the competitive drive and the people skills we will teach you everything else.
- No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.
